It just about pays for itself if you back any HasLab items throughout the year. Plus, they ship in actual boxes instead of the trash bags and padded envelopes that Amazon and Walmart like to use.
It wasn't upsetting...but it also wasn't wholly entertaining (to me) either. That's the problem with deconstruction. If you mess around with the formula enough, it distracting and you lose that buy-in that is so necessary for suspension of disbelief in a superhero/sci-fi/fantasy story. I think...
Do you offer any sort of pre-payment plan? This would be a ton easier to stomach if the payments were split up over a year. (Like Jazz Inc does with their vehicles, etc.)
I was surprised you didn't have a pose with Cad Bane, maybe hanging out on a bumper somewhere.
I'll probably put mine next to the Clint Eastwood Preacher.
I'm actually glad he and others are around to share their opinions, especially when you can tell they're not knee-jerk reactions. I highly appreciate the ideas/theories that are fully formed over many years. Within my social circle, I'm normally the one that is asked to explain plot holes and...
I took a knife and cut the styrofoam to fit the frames along the outside and top of the car. I had snapped one of the clips when I first installed the frames and wasn't going to mess around with removing them and then adding them again later.
Make sure you use a Hot Toys 10% off in-stock coupon if you do. Send me a message if you need one. (It may be a day or two before I respond but I have a couple that should work.)
And there's always the chance there's a better discount in the Spooktacular event that's happening today through...
I went down a small rabbit hole last night while pre-ordering the Shark from the PowerCon listing. (I already have the Gullwing.) But he stated in a pre-PowerCon facebook stream that Gullwing wasn't a roaring success on the sales front. He stated that it's MASK's Optimus Prime and the numbers...
I have some hope for the threezero version but so far all of their GI Joe figures are closer to 1:6 oversized Mezco figures than what I'm used to from other sixth scale companies. That style, with all the painted spandex and rubber armor/accessories doesn't do much for me.
How much more will it be than if you got it from sideshow? $50-60? I pre-ordered Peacemaker through them and Sideshow converted my waitlist a month or two ago.
If Sideshow wants my money for Hunter, Tech and Wrecker, then they'll convert my waitlist. Otherwise I'll stick with Echo as my lone...
Took my brain way too long to figure these out.
1. TGM - Top Gun Maverick
2. AWOW - Avatar Way of the Water
3. TB - The Batman
4. JW4 - John Wick 4
5. GOTG3 - Guardians of the Galaxy 3
They don't use the deposit as ransom/penalty like other sites. It's purely a pre-order slot. You can cancel at anytime, from the pre-order list under your account, and the deposit will convert to credit/points. It's normally a small amount and they also apply a double-deposit on pre-orders so...
I picked them up and wish I hadn't. They're too middle of the road to be special. If you're going to use that much plastic, then go 100% plastic jumbo action figures. If you're going to use mixed media, then make it realistic but you have to capture the core of each character. And for effing...
