I think Frieza is a great villain as his motivation was clear: become immortal and rule the world. Cell saga was good, but what was his purpose...to become perfect? Broly was just annoying. A huge issue making Frieza a credible threat again is that everyone has already powered up well...

I fully intend to watch it, but won't have any regrets about turning it off if it's bush league. I'm a huge fan of the originals, so we'll see...

Nice review. All things considered Chewie looks pretty good. I think the head/face is spot on...but the fur...yikes. It's like multi-layers of melted noodles.
