In my case, it took them only one working day to refund me after they received the figure. I was surprised actually. Maybe I got lucky. Wish you all get your refund soon.

I received 3A's refund of MC plus the shipping cost today. Coincidentally, the NECA Chief also arrived today. Its paint job may not be as impressive, but the proportions are dead-on, with a lot of articulations.

I had so much expectation for this figure and the bloggers' pictures really got me hyped. I am a museum pose guy, so I am not bugged by the torso. But after seeing the videos closely, I really cannot stand the arm gaps. If HT is ever gonna announce a diecast mark IV or VI, hope they do it soon.

With 3A's MC being well below expectation, this Mark III may become the Holy Grail of my collection.

Their email ([email protected]) inbox was full during the weekends, I figured that they might need a whole morning to clear it up when they come back to work today, so I sent the email in the early afternoon (Hong Kong time), and I got the reply at around half past five (still Hong Kong time).

I got an email reply from 3A CS today. They will cover the shipping cost for returns.

I got more pictures from the original source. Sina Visitor System HS seems nice, and the arms are not that long from this angle.

I just digged up an much earlier photo of Thorne and looked at it very hard. I hate to say it, but the groin part looks exactly the same as MC. There goes the leg movement. He may be more able to hold the weapons though, after all he has slimmer arms. But then again, there is no picture of him...

As Chockles said, they have updated their shipping schedule, and MC is still supposed to ship out in early July. So probably there won't be an improved version, unless they receive a much larger protest from those who might be unsatisfied with the non-exclusive version.

Same here. I would probably return mine first, and see if 3A is going to make a re-tooled version. If they announce nothing until the end of SDCC, I will get the NECA one instead. Even if 3A announces that they will make a new MC, this time I won't place the order until I see some hands-on...

Got him today. And yes, I cannot pose him with both his hands holding the gun, only one hand. I cannot attach the rifle to his back, it keeps falling off. He has knee articulation, but non-movable hip and thigh makes this articulation almost useless. The undersuit seems a little cheap, I was...
