Yes that's it. I personally just completed the project last weekend but I know a few other people that have done it and no complaints. My only concern was the Pax is hollow between the peg hole areas.. but there's enough support to stop the shelves from bowing. I wanted extra support for weight...
Best option would be to attach the hinges to the acrylic first... so bring the hinges to the acrylic shop and ask them to drill the holes where you'd like to place the hinges.. I recommend 4 hinges per door if you have the 93" Pax.

I'm guessing whatever damaged/paint issue statues were sent back and possibly fixed in house.. then put back up for sale. Maybe not the broken ones, but there were a lot returned due to minor paint issues that could easily be fixed.

Not the best image but that cape looks sculpted.. I cant see them making Superman with a fabric cape and Batman with a sculpted cape but theres a whole lot of light reflection on that cape.
