Re: TF TOYS - 1/6 Scale "Cosplay Girl" (2B from NieR: Automata) Accessory Set
Is that a pale or suntan Tbleague body? I've seen conflicting recommendations on matching the head sculpt.
What disappointed me more than anything was Sideshow's coverage of the event itself. It seems to me that the last few years they have had great coverage on their website. Multiple photos of all displays. Videos of the products with discussions from the designers and artists. Unless I am missing...
Drop Sideshow customer service an email. They will likely make things right without having to send the whole figure back. I have had nothing but great experiences with Sideshow customer service when I've received a figure with issues.

As to your last point about being stable.
I used the TT bodies when building my four Marmit Sandtroopers. All four stand on their own very well and do not require a stand, even with the sandtrooper backpacks on.

I can help with your first two questions.
The SS hand pegs are smaller than the TT. I wrapped the SS pegs in teflon plumbers tape and they fit nicely.
For the feet, I used the TT ball joint but dremeled down the end that goes into the SS foot. That way it maintains its range of motion.
Hope...
shouldn't these be considered pretty fresh troops as they were just being deployed when Obi Wan was going in search of Grievous? Therefore, I would think they would be a lot cleaner than the troops that were seeing a lot of action like the 212th battalion.

I had always assumed that Subject 1138, The First Mate accompanied every Sideshow shipment from overseas. Any attacking pirate might be turned into Subject 2048, The Pirate. :D
