Contemplating on whether to buy this one. Those pleather parts look like they could flake over time. Also worried that the chrome paint would fade in time too.
Thoughts?
I've heard in Justin Collection's review that his Cap's ankles have an issue where he easily topples over and can't stand on his own.
Anyone experience the same problem with their copy?
I'm kind of late to the party but I'm still interested in buying a Captain Rex. Before I decide to pull the trigger, I want to know how the overall quality of this figure (paint, durability etc.) has held up in time.
Are there any issues or concerns for Rex that I should be aware of? Any...
I hope those POWs can be used as spies in The Phantom Pain to help Snake throughout the vast open world structure Kojima made.Coming from an experienced video game developer, I really think he wasn't kidding when he said that the game might be to big for gamers to clear and I think it would be...
I don't know if this has been discussed before, but how can the extracted prisoners help in The Phantom Pain? Kojima said that they would help, he didn't say how. And one other thing, can extracted soldiers also help? I'm just fond of neutralizing every soldier in ever mission and extract them...
It didn't flake off, it changed because if it did flake off I would definitely try saving the flaked off paint and try to find out what happened. Since it was a flaking issue, I thought that I could somehow revert the blackening to it's original gold state with some formula or something you guys...
I live in a pretty humid climate here in the Philippines, especially now that it's summer. I didn't know that such a climate can affect the paint apps on an expensive and "high quality" figure. This actually kind of disappoints me. I was shocked to see this happen to my mark 7 as I always store...
For me the QS001's cowl is perfect. It's so perfect for me that I hope they just shrink it down to 1/6 scale and use that for this set. I might have to disagree with you about your doubts that HT would not fix this issue as they fixed the Tony Stark head issue before because of the negative...
The problem isn't the cowl really, but the bug eyes. For awhile, I thought the eyes were okay just as long as you position them in the right position, but as time passed, it actually looked wrong no matter how you positioned it. I maybe wrong, but I also think the cowl's nose and forehead also...
As seen here https://onesixthrepublic.blogspot.com/2013/01/hot-toys-series-of-diecast-collectibles.html, HT will be re-releasing the Iron Man License again into diecast. They will be doing this never ending "makeover" for Marks 1-7 and God knows whatever they could turn into diecast. They didn't...
It's not the official product, it's the prototype, same as the one taken in the official pictures by HT. Knowing that HT listens to their fans' complaints, they might actually improve the cowl sculpt just as they did with bane's body and the tony stark one. All we need to do is for them to hear...
