InArt - The Batman 1/6th Figure

If either of these reviews make the figure look worse than Black's photos, which will be you baseline for what you expect the figure will look like on your shelf? Me personally, I have always been able to get my figures to look as good as the best image I could find of any figure, and I have...

I can't remember was it actually that the Wayne family was bad or that was a lie the mob boss told Bruce. At most his dad had a momentary panic to protect his mom?

This is not correct. Sensor size just increases the field of view, it doesn't change anything in relation to distortion. The glass will have the same properties regardless of what sensor size/caemra it's on. You may misunderstand how this all works. Let's say you are standing at point X...

I am also a photographer and said all of that. We aren't talking about harshly backlighting a figure and hiding a bunch of details in the shadows while using a fish eye lens. We are talking about black's photos. Photos or videos of a poorly futzed figure are not useful

"like saying you should only look at fashion models when determining if you like an outfit."- That is an awful metaphor. The figure black has is the figure you will have. A random girl's body is not the same as a models body. A better metaphor would be to see a photo of the modeling wearing...

Lighting has a huge impact on how something looks in real life too, its not just photography. If something is filmed with a 50mm lens that matches closest to the human eye. So again, if you see a photo or video of a figure not futzed well, that is not useful. What is useful is the best...

I don't get it. If a figure can be futzed to look a certain way in a photo, then that's what the figure can look like. These figures always come down to the futzing. If a video review or photos come out and the figure is poorly futzed that's not useful. You should always look for the photos...

What could be shown in the review that would sway you one way or the other that you haven’t already seen in blacks’s photos ?

Question- what specifically are people hoping to get from the reviews that they haven’t already got from black’s photos? Just want to know what the articulation is like ? Or how to move the eyes? Function related questions ?

I promise you no no one in good faith sees those photos black posted and actually thinks the hot toys figure looks better. They might comment that but they don't actually think it.

This figure is incredible. This looks like a production image. One of the most realistic figures I’ve ever seen
