I'm still waiting for Seven and Chakotay via Timewalker Toys. Apparently, the figures are delayed by US customs. Some kind of chemical testing before they can be released.
Thanks for your thoughts, that would be my last resort. The whole point is I'm willing to keep the WRONG figure if only they get back to me with a solution for the figure I was supposed to get. Now, I'm on the fence of if and where to order/reorder the figure I originally wanted.
Thanks guys. So, basically EXO-6 has no customer service at all? We can't be the only ones. What does that say about the company? With the EXO-6 figures as seemingly popular as they are, how is this acceptable?
