In the meantime, i put Hot Toys Cavill heads on my Clark Kent, and my Superman Returns/Man Of Steel hybrid suit.

No offense.... But does Bruce Wayne's head look tiny for that body and suit you have it on?

That fit would be perfect if only they could manufacture a suit that didn't look like it was supposed to have a turtleneck. Getting that part re-tailored would make it look that much better.

Maybe in that pic it looks that way. But it's probably because the MOS head is so big standing next to it.
The body Bruce is on is pretty small. Maybe it's the fault of the suit.

The MOS head is bigger , but that's cause it's on a taller/bigger body. I think that is why that head looks a tad too big for that Clark kit bash. I wonder if that custom Cavill head is a smaller scale and fit a little better. Just curious...

The custom from Head Play is actually larger. This is something I learned to my regret. I hope when the Man from U.N.C.L.E. some one does a bootleg sculpt made for smaller/regular body that we can use as MOS substitute.

If you are talking about the Modern Life one, i have always thought there is more of Cavill in it.
And it's better scaled to the existing figures.

i made this one a while back ,the head was from some lois and clark garage kit from the 1990s lol ,not great but all i had lol ,good luck with it and please post when you get going on it or if you source a good head sculpt

I am also looking for a Dean Cain Superman head sculpt.

For me, I will only take the sculpt if there is a certain high degree of likeness. HT set a very high bar with their Christopher Reeve sculpt.
