Oh I agree I just think it doesnt look as good as it could. It worked on GH because of the Helm.

However I do think in hand it will look great!!!!

I don't. I strictly collect Sideshow. The other companies mentioned I consider low-end. But after collecting SS for many years, I can't believe how they have so drastically changed their attitude, both creatively & ethically. I mean read their initial company mission statement to see how far they are veering off. Higher pricing(?), a ***** but understandable. Poor Qc with ****** exchange policies(?), long ago, unheard of. But man, this re-hash money grab strategy is truly the low.

Hoping you don't have too many older grails, worth money, in your collection, cause SS seems to be coming after those too. A joke most cruel.

I don't collect Statues for Monetary gain. I collect them because I like the art and Subject matter. So what they do after I've bought my statue means little to nothing to me as long as I get a Statue that looks good for the money I pay.

Yeah, SS should protect your investment and never revisit a character YOU may have which happens to sell for quite a bit.

This looks pretty darn badass to me. I also don't count it as a rehash because they took the pics of this at the same time they did Gladiator. If you look at the initial tease for GHulk you can see the legs for this one in the pic. I called it then and people didn't believe me...lol

Usually, but it's not always a PO. Sometimes it's a new license, or a reveal of a new coming soon Sculpt. They usually do quite a few new contests on the page as well.

So really and truly this is the Gladiator Hulk Ex. We also know that this was planned from last year as the clean legs we see here are most likely the ones we saw laying beside the GHulk in the first teaser pic last year. I called it then... Lol.

Sideshow is the best mixed media statue company, hands down. To me it seems like they are forgoing the artistic side and going for money grab. Poison ivy,three hulks with the same body, hulk comiqutte, gladiator hulk. They produce thousands of these things and it will catch up to them. I understand the business side of it, but they sell collectibles, not dish sets. It is great if you don't care about after market resale value, but you will be in the minority. It is much easier to justify a purchase to my wife when I tell her I can get my money back. If I buy something for $400 and decide to sell a few years from now for $220, oh oh! That will be the end of my collecting. We are heading in that direction.

Thats why you need to be more selective and buy to keep. I understand your point of view but all SS is doing is cutting out the scalpers here. If they keep doing ES of 500 then you would just get people buying to flip.
