I finally pulled the trigger a few months ago on one of these from Scott. Still not finished, but man, is this looking good. Here's some progress pics:

If anyone's every wanted a lifesize Predator piece and have the loot to afford it, Scott is the man for the job!

That's coming together great, Joe! Looks amazing! Does it stay well balanced? Looks like that could be an issue with such a massive piece.

Thanks Matt. According to Scott, it stands pretty well on it's own. But I'll probably still make a stand or something just in case we have an earthquake here.

BTW, here's a few newer pics. He just added the quills. Just need to work on the shoulder cannon. I can't believe I'm getting this.....

looks great. Just a FYI that this isn't the same life size piece that some of us already have (from the SWS molds), Scott actually hand sculpted from scratch this entire thing and is quite accurate as well, almost perfect. Once I get some dreads for mine and get the accurate bones for it, mine will finally be finished.

Yeah, forgot to mention that. He's quite the talented artisan.

So I take it you have a full statue as well? If so, did you paint yours or did Scott perform his magic on it?

awesome piece man, Scott sure can get down with an airbrush, cant wait to see it with the cannon, are you gettin a backpack aswell

I don't have one of Scotts, though I do have one of his Elder head/torso bust combos coming through from him. I'm sure your piece is holding it up :impatient:. My full size P1 is from the original SWS molds. I did not paint mine.

the ones from the SWS molds are resin, not poseable like the one MaGee FX sells, those are latex and can be posed in the arms a bit
