That's true, the video didn't tell us anything we didn't know. I'm waiting to see the light up feature which they haven't shown. BSP didn't cover much at all ;( It would be nice if they put him next to other pieces in the line too.

I didn't meant to just complain about it cause usually the videos are great, but I was looking forward to this video so much that my expectation was very high and when we didn't get him showing the light up feature or explaining parts of the outfit and base, I got pissed off....

It is a spectacular piece and I hope they will have it at Comic Con.

Yes wasn't the most informative video ever but at least it confirmed that the Ex is the Balrog scene so 2 for the price of 1.....well almost.

The video did demonstrate just how honking huge Gandalf is going to be, and I know that lurtz is the centerpiece for a lot collections, but Gandalf is going to be really striking!!!

I hope that we see the next LOTR PF by comic-con and that Gandalf is already sitting on a shelf at my house! Not likely, but plausible!

I would have like to see the light up feature in action though!

WOW. Yeah, it looks to be an imposing statue. I'd hope we get a SARUMAN soon to be able to pose next to him...the 2 wizards. Good and evil...

Looks brilliant. I'll pick up the regular at some point. It'll be my first PF, but i won't get sucked into getting the others! He'll look great displayed on his own.

As for the exclusive being the bridge scene, hmm.... is the base the bridge or a step still? If it's still a step it can't be the bridge scene

Thats true and whilst you cant remove the step John i think he was referring to just the pose so we'll just have to use our imagination.

It is and it does but FE was referring to their being no step in that scene as there is on the statue.

I know how you feel. The baddies rock! Aragorn holds his own against them easily though.

Sorta, I've almost pulled the trigger on him a few times. just cant bring myself to do it yet. guess I'm waiting for the right deal to add him to the collection.

Just preordered it here, after watching the video, I might have to say he's going to be my favorite PF from LOTR.

I don't know how tall the SS guy in the video is but, next to him, this PF looks BIG. I already have the perfect spot to display Gandy! Pretty much everything about this statue is perfect - the only thing I'm a little bit concerned about is the color of the hilt and scabbard of Glamdring. In pics I've seen so far, it seems to bounce back and forth between a kind of teal and a light blue. The actual color should be a darker blue.

Hopefully the finished product will have the proto's color or darker. I certainly don't want another Moria "Santa" Orc scenario (imagine something like an aqua-blue hilt and scabbard).
