Congrats on finally getting this! (and cool way to display the extra forearm).

And I like this shot of Rescue displayed with the Mark XLVI. While not chronologically accurate, I think her more mechanical design pairs better with that than the Mark 85.

Thanks. Yeah I having space issues and I’m forced to cram the figures into a space 😕.

Came out of the hospital Sunday after some "hepatic colic" nightmare with an email from my retailer with delivery for tuesday (today). I was like, ok maybe it'll give me some good vibes for recovery.

Just get an delayed by 24h email by the transporter, certainly due to all the mess in France... After 2 years of waiting a small 24h is nothing, but I can't wait to have him in hands. :(

Stunning news in an email I received from Popcultcha and Ikon Collectables today. Unsure of what has been partaken in BUT they’ve apparently communicated with Hot Toys and made this particular figure compliant with the Battery Standards. And he’s in, and I’m in the first batch so I’ll be receiving him in the next week or so. Don’t know if it’s going to be a regular occurrence now but makes me feel better about the promise Ikon made an earlier poster about a product being on their website meaning it will be gotten. Makes me feel better about my other preorders including Mighty Thor, Bespin Luke, Green Goblin Deluxe and Wandavision Scarlet Witch. We shall see where it leads but definitely wanted to spread the word to Australian collectors. This is fantastic news.

After 3 and a half years, he’s finally coming home.

Yep, good news. I just paid off my PayPal balance too. So I should hopefully receive it in the next week or so.

I was thinking not long ago that I’ll have to order from elsewhere.

I got mine delivered from Popcultcha yesterday (I'd pre-ordered this and paid in full on July 29, 2019). Sealed...and no batteries were in the package at all. I called PopCultcha and they confirmed that they had to arrange to have the batteries removed to be able to post it to me.

Ridiculous law. I mean, I can buy button cell batteries off eBay and have them shipped to me. I guess Geelong now has a dumpster full of button cell batteries somewhere. Why couldn't they just tape them up in that green hard-to-remove tape and ship them to me separately?

The law is the law unfortunately. But the law makes no sense lol they are still selling these batteries at the supermarket in the same packaging. Could have been worse they could have disabled the battery compartment.
