One Sixth Salon posted this on Facebook. It looks to me like a CGL Phoenix Girl head with a repaint and rehair. I have to say I am very impressed. The eyebrows were spot on, if somewhat angry but the paint app ruined an otherwise half decent likeness. It's great that they have been able to tease out a likeness this good, even with an incomplete paint app and the hair looks awesome. Her expression of concentration is straight out of the promo shots from X1.

She looks absolutely gorgeous! I never thought that sculpt could look that good. I am super impressed. I have sent my CGL head off for a repaint and rehair. I will be so happy if she comes back looking anything like that! Which hands have you used for Jean?

I need more uniforms though. Are we still stuck with trying to find second hand ones or is anyone making them?

Ideally I need one for Jean, Kitty, Polaris, Psylocke, Dazzler, Gambit, Havok, and Banshee.

Used a Windstorm body/hands/uniform and used some pleather to make the gauntlets and high boots and a sharpie to color the piping

Want to eventually make a Kitty and an X2 Jean but it’s impossible to find windstorm or Phoenix girls anymore

Yeah I found a digital sculpt of Elliot Page with hair tied up available for purchase and Pabs Customs have said they would be happy to take a look at Cumming and Grammer sculpts which I can use as replacements for the Nightmare and Creature bodies respectively. I'm hoping Exo-6 will do a Chief O'Brien who I would like to turn into Movie style Banshee. No sign of anyone making a Lucas Till sculpt yet (I was hoping that some McGyver fans might go for it) but he's quite low on my priority list as a d-list classic X-Man. I bought one of the Polaris heads a while back. A Taylor Swift sculpt should do for Dazzler and the jury is still out on an English version of Psylocke.

A decent Mystique remains the holy grail but I lack the skills to make one of my own. I got a really cheap knock off Darth Maul head that I was going to try and get haired and repainted as Toad. I've got Danny Trejo coming as Scalphunter. I'm not fussed which heads to use for the other movie-style Marauders mind you. A lot of them didn't really have uniforms. Trejo has just been dropped into a flak jacket.

Still no options for the X uniforms though. Maybe we need to band together to get a batch of male and female uniforms made?
 
I'm going to send off Nightcrawler next week. If anyone is interested in an Alan Cumming version, I will keep you posted how it goes.

Works in progress for X1 Sabretooth, movie style Scalphunter, and X3 Juggernaut. I have some more accessories coming for Scalphunter, utility belt, ammo, leg holsters etc. Juggernaut needs some shoulder armour and a helmet. Any suggestions for accesories are welcome.

I think that's what we all need. I am going to make enquiries about a bulk order for uniforms with neutral light grey piping so they can be easily adapted for any character. I probably need 4 of each just for myself.

I'm currently trying to get Star Trek the Motion Picture uniforms made though and I have at least 6 more of them to go.

There might be a slight issue finding suitable boots for certain female characters to fit over the trousers but I will cross that bridge when I come to it.

Black cloak for Storm and Figuremasters metallic cloak for Polaris will probably work though.

I've ordered a Whiplash arc reactor to customise Havok's uniform but I have no clue if that will look any good.

Then I just have to contemplate Beast and Colossus. The Creature isn't bare chested so I'm unsure whether to go standard uniform or custom and if custom, do I need a chest wig?
 
There is another Wolverine coming. DoFP. Bone Claws. Likeness looks good. Lock of hair is annoying.

Also rumours that Mr Sinister has been cast for upcoming MCU.

Edit: Looks like a bluff. Javier Bardem looks very wrong for Sinister. Possibly Doom?
