I forgot all about that cartoon, figures in 1/6 would be cool. I'd want a Korra figure though, I liked that storyline a little more than Ang's. That live action movie they made... good grief it was horrible.

Anyone here have any lucky getting things fixed or replaced ? Ordered cloud from Anostoys for a pretty penny with shipping. Sold that plus Sephiroth so someone here then UPS damaged it in transit so I had to get it sent back finally got home to see this and both of his arms are damaged with one having two little tears amd the other having the rubber coming off at the wrist and they’re wanting me to send it all the way back to the Phillipines just wondering if anyone has had any luck seems ridiculous to not jist send the parts if you sent something damaged to begin with

Yeah it’s just tiny tiny stuff just sucks that one of the arms got bent and now it can’t fully bend. Not really sure if I wanna go forward now that they’re leaning into full rubber bodies you would have to be very careful

My guy, people gave you options on previous pages for what you can do this late in the game and there's buying/selling designated places on the forum. Trying to grab one off a random person in this thread cause you "have some extra cash to spend" felt really shady and isn't the best idea for you or the seller. Just one arm. The one arm with the little holes in it doesn’t properly bend like it’ll bend but then springs back into position. I wasn’t planning on having cloud holding sword with rubber arms as it is but for it to be like this out the gate is annoying. Plus the fact GT wants me to send it back to the seller all the way in the Philippines then them to GT just to fix it opposed to just sending replacements sounds stupid to me. Just such a hassles to get something corrected

There was a time when 1:6 brands/manufacturers had an easy and reasonable replacement part policies. However, such policies got abused by dishonest collectors and many discontinued such policies.

Most 1:6 brands/manufacturers end up telling customers to take the issue up with the vendor they purchased the defective item from to discourage abuse/fraud.

If you absolutely, positively, and undeniably want the issue resolved because it bothers you that much and apparently it does, then follow through with what GT specified. If not, then accept to keep the defective item "as is" or sell it to someone who don't mind buying it/paying whatever you want for it with the defect/flaw "as is".

To be fair, GT specified that they are upgrading their body material to a silica gel material for AC Cloud (similar to medical grade silicone type for phicen/TBL), who, contrary to belief, doesn't have a full seamless body, but rather just a seamless torso. His lower half is still jointed. It does, however, make me wonder what material they used for Remake Cloud's arms. I love the pose-ability, but I question the durability.

Depends on ones own tastes. It is truly a compromise on either having dynamic poses with jointed figures, or a beautiful replication of character with the seamless bodies. It's safe to say that GT Tifa & Aerith will both come with seamless bodies, which is great, but it's certainly a trade-off. I'd like for dynamic poses while on display but I know that museum poses are the safest for preservation of the figure. At least you can snap some pictures while they're posed and just return to the museum pose afterwards.

Depending on their design and if I really want to take the leap, I may end up getting (pre-ordering) GT's Tifa and Aerith.
