Okay well I can see I'm in a minority in enjoying the finale. 😂😂 Don't wish to argue with anyone so will leave it there.

1/4 scale Mando and Boba on the shelf is gonna be sweet for me at least.
As a vocal critic of the show and a self professed Boba Fett fanboy, I think this 1/4 scale figure looks terrific and I'll be getting it. At the end of the day, I'm going to apply my own head canon and imagination to the character and this will look great on the shelf.

What hyperbole?

This show has been every bit as stupid and terrible as people claim it is. If anything the criticism is too restrained.

I'm still getting the two HT sets from Mando season two but that is it. I'm purging this garbage from memory. Nothing larger than 1/6 unless it's OT Fett from now on.

I'm in the same boat. It was a very telling and kind of introspective point in the series where I became more excited to see Din Djarin than I was Boba. I love the character though, even if Disney has no clue how to utilize them (making Mando what Boba was supposed to be didn't help) I still love the new costume design and this piece looks great. It'll make a great companion piece to my 1/4 RotJ Boba and (hopefully soon) Din.

I’ll still buy it as I want a 1/4 Boba and the sideshow 1/4 while it’s nice…the headsculpt is off and that damn blaster in his left hand 🤦‍♂️

I enjoyed the finale. The execution of the action was kind of McClunky at times. ;) But I enjoyed the cheeziness of it. Star Wars doesn't have to always be so serious.

I guess I've never understood the hype for OT Boba. What did he actually do?

He was awesome in The Mandalorian and that is the Fett I was hoping we'd get. It wasn't to be, sadly.

Constantly taking the helmet off is my biggest gripe. Notice Mando didn't remove his once in the three episodes he was in. We've seen his face sure but each time it's had real meaning. I hope it remains that way in season 3.

I think the show was fine. It had some definite highs and lows.

The worst thing it did was to be just fine. Whelming. Okay. When we know how good Star Wars can be in the right hands.

I still think the show would be less problematic for some people if the name and branding were different. There are definitely some story beats I would do differently. But overall, I can look at this less harshly than other Star Wars media we've been cursed wIXth.

That said, I'm not into 1/4 figures myself, but I really like Din Djarin's interactions with Boba Fett. Wish there had been more of that in the show. Their action sequence with their jetpacks was awesome. Again, wish there had been more of that.

So this would be tempting to go with the 1/4 Mandalorian figure, which is now also tempting for me because of this potential companion piece.
