Yeah that is like cosplayer shape. Plus his chest armor looks too small.

Yes, I appreciate Jeremy Bulloch and Tem Morrison are very different body shapes and the height difference is pretty big but....
Could they have resized the armour so it doesn't just cover his chest and leave his whole belly exposed?
The bottom edge of the armour sits in a most unflattering place, right on top of his paunch.
He's wearing the Mando romper suit now. Bit of armour on chest, unarmoured belly, groin, straight down to kneepads. Not a great look for someone of Tem's body shape. Its not as bad as the potato sack they put that poor girl who played Rose Tico in, but still, it's about as unflattering to Tem's body type as they could go.
It reminds me of the guys who were first issued their stab vests when they were young and slim. Fast forward a few years and instead of covering their whole front, it sits on top of their bellies.

I agree the armor looks bad in that shot but multiple magazine images and a full trailer and it never looked anywhere that bad. So I'll just chalk this up to a poor promo shot.

This is super frustrating in that this costume could easily have been tailored to minimize Tem's stockiness BUT NO, we have to do this we're seeing here instead. It makes absolutely no sense for half of his abdomen to be left unshielded. Whose genius idea was this?! He does not even get that Kevlar-type plating Mando gets in front, nope! God, could they not get a few real-life armor consultants on board to advise them? Its just sloppy thinking. What is the concept behind wearing armor, do these people not even know?!

Excuse spleen, today's HT Spidey news has me a bit aggrieved.

Yeah I like the Mando look better as well. But of course they had to make the boot spats slightly different, and the belt slightly different so HT and Toy makers can do another version.

Personally don't know if it'll be enough for me to get another version. But I know, they'll give him die cast armour, or some new mega weapon or accessory which he uses to make it a must buy. Mind you the throne version is pretty hard to pass by.

Saw the Midnight's Edge live stream with Danny Trejo the other day.
He was asked if he makes an appearance in BoBF (given Robert Rodriguez is directing etc) and although he couldn't answer either way, his happy little smile makes me think its quite likely he'll have an appearance of some sort.

His Jango suit look well fitted but looking at this version of the Boba costume, it's as if it wasn't made to fit him at all. Very odd.
Maybe it's just the stills making him look like this and in the actual show he'll look fine.

I think Jango having a larger girth belt and the cod piece and holster straps filled in that area of the costume pretty well. Without them, it’s all just dead space like on the new Fett now.

Tem even already had a bit of a full stomach back then so I’d say it’s just the costume’s fit that’s not doing him any favors more than his actual physique.

In Black Widow, they had Taskmaster played by a dude until the very end where they revealed it was a chick. Even pictures of a stunt guy in the suit. Not sure you need TM for all of this, even Mando proved that.

Regardless of whether the suit is ill-fitting or not it’s such a boring amateurish photo to release as a promotional image. All that space to the left of Boba and Fennec is weird, it’s almost like someone is photoshopped out of it. I expect this show will be an amazing crazy wild ride, but they haven’t exactly sold it as such in the trailer and promo pics so far. They could probably do to release another more action packed trailer in the next week or two to gather a bit more interest with casual fans and newbies.

Yes that's what I meant with his Jango costume. The armour plates cover his belly too and the thicher belt helps hide his belly. Then the codpiece breaks up the romper suit look.

Makes you appreciate the leather catchers bib that Din wears. Such a subtle piece but helps fill in that area so well.

Thats what I'm talking about, that soft armor piece that gives protection almost literally down to the pubic bone, yet is soft enough to allow movement. And then he has the hip pads, and a sacral plate in the back. OK, someone had a thinking moment with all this. Good job, do that more often production team! I dont expect Boba to be wearing the exact same armor, its just ridiculous that half his abdomen is exposed while Mando gets all this protection.

The infuriating thing is that I will buy HT NeuFett2 anyways damn it
