I guess Sideshow will simply have HT make them more "exclusives" to maintain sales. I don't see SS being able to control the market like they want to. Threatening letters is one thing, but actively engaging in lawsuits is something else. Ultimately it will be HT that decides if it will be Sideshow's muscle to "threaten" the smaller overseas distributors by not selling to them.

I generally buy from North America dealers.

I hope no collector ever gets burned regardless of who they buy from.
