I can't say I've ever really noticed much drop in quality from MT. What you see is what you get usually. You can still get Leon from Giantoy Here. But the link won't work unless you're signed in.

I played through the games a bit backwards and started with SH3, so I'd definitely get a 1/6 Heather. Matter of fact, I could've sworn I read it on here that someone was working on her? I've never seen any updates though. Just seeing a bunch of Pyramid Heads and nurses constantly popping up.
