2008 was 16 years ago, ancient history. Mezco and Loyal Subjects are making cartoon Turtles.

That's a cartoon Donatello on the box. Whether you think they are cartoon enough doesn't matter. That's what they're marketed as...
This logic that there's any exclusive reason fails when you consider Super7's, Mezco's and The Loyal Subjects' TMNT figures are widely available and at the same or similar scale. NECA was always going to make different Mirage Turtles instead of the ones based only on the first few issues like...
The turtles are 6" tall, but it's a 7"/1:10 scale line, they're only 6" because they are shorter than humans. There is no issue for them releasing them solo, they literally just released Ultimate Cartoon versions as singles for the last Target Collectors Con thing a few weeks ago.
As I...
What 6" stuff are you referring to? Like I said they don't really do 6" scale for anything. I recall reading that they have deals with Target/Walmart and I think they help fund things for them. I cannot imagine any company like NECA's size would take risks like creating unique molds for all the...
NECA is making exactly what they want. They do 1:10/7" and 1/4 scale figures for all of their lines and that's what they've done for TMNT.
I'm sure they'd sell, but the NECA TMNT movie line will not be matched with how many characters they've done and many collectors are 2 dozen figures deep...
Yeah this is the type of release where I shut up and take out my wallet. Never thought we'd actually get them. I'll probably buy a second set for another set of legs/torso for a second Jack. I can imagine them doing a SDCC exclusive or something for something else.
The top of her head looks like it's just about the height of Penguin's top hat in that pic. I think she'd be pretty small looking at Penguin among the other figures there.
The sculpt looks great mostly covered with the sunglasses and hat, but just not that good otherwise. What is the other expression going to be? Looks the same but blurred.
I only care about the 1/10 scale figures, so this is a big bummer. Even if anyone else gets the license, nothing will scale right with Storm.
I am wondering if it's WB and their screwy licensing department more than Storm.
Yeah I guess I didn't impart my opinions there but Randy is a jackass. Showing off stuff like this and then acting like we're insane for expecting something.
